Daisy Duck (II)

Here is a picture of Allie watching Daisy Duck eat her (really his) food. She would get so excited when Daisy would take a bite! This is our 3rd fish the other 2 died within 24 hours. We kinda think that maybe something was wrong with them to start out with (at least that's what I keep telling myself). So Daisy is on her 3rd day as our pet. Allie's enjoying watching her swim-she's a really pretty blue Betta fish!!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Pumpkin Patch today with our MOPS (Mothers Of Preschoolers) group. We all had a great time. We got to hear a story, go out into the pumpkin patch and then we got to go and have a snack with pumpkin (orange) juice. Aunt Bridget came with us this year and Melanie and Haley also came....Here are some of the pictures I took

Daisy Duck

Well she isn't getting quite a big of a welcome as Minnie Mouse, but our home has welcomed its 2nd pet (in as many days) Daisy Duck-the fish. Hopefully she will live a long fishie life in her fish bowl!

Minnie didn't make it

We woke up to a "sleeping" Minnie Mouse. Pop's going to come over and go with us to get a new one =( Allie was a little sad, but I think she's excited to go back to the pet store. Everyone pray that this one doesn't die in less than 24 hours!

The Letter "F"

F is for FISH

As you know we are doing school at home this year, this week our letter was F, so we decided that Allie would enjoy having a pet fish. Today we went on our first field trip (with our field trip coordinator Aunt Bridget) to petco and got Allie a beta fish. She named her Minnie Mouse. Here are some pictures we took. (I usually am not so long winded on these blogs, but this was a BIG event!!)

"F" Foods

Our foods that started with the letter F this week were fajitas and french fries.

I actually took another picture of this that looked way better, but the way Allie was eating this was too funny not to share.

French fries-yep I left them in the oven a little too long....




This week we've also been telling her F also stands for Friday-you get to spend the day with Honey and Thursday you get to spend the day with Aunt Faye! It sure is easy to think of things that start with the letter of the week once you get on a roll!

Sweet Boy

Lane is getting so big!! He's laughing more and more and we think that Allie has finally figured out that he's staying with us. We are having so much fun with him, here are a few pictures of him-since Allie is getting all the fun "letter" blogs!!

The letter "e" update

Yesterday while we were playing outside, I sat down to read my book (two sentences at a time-I eventually gave this task up) And Allie crawled up in my lap and is looking at my book and says "Look Mommy there's an E." And people say parenting isn't rewarding-shame on them!! I love my sweet babies-even when they are being CRAZY!! I'll post some F pictures soon. We're going to go get something that starts with an F at the store today. Allie's going to be so excited!!
